Shipping & Delivery
Once you have placed your order and received your order confirmation email from us, we will start straight away organising your gift to be sent. Overall, we aim to have it delivered within 7 days of your order if the delivery address is Mainland UK, and 7-10 days for all other locations. We will always use reputable courier companies such as Royal Mail, Fedex, or DHL and this will enable you to track and trace your delivery. Please note that where any shipment is for outside the UK and EU, Ollie & Forbes will not be responsible for any Customs duties. These will have to be paid by you or the recipient.

Privacy & Security
We will never give your information held on our secure systems to any other third party for marketing purposes. The only information that will be given to other parties will be that which is necessary to fulfil your order. All data held by us about you is treated in accordance with the current Data Protection laws of the UK.

Returns & Replacements
All our gift collections are carefully packed and shipped by us. Should you receive the gift and there is a problem, please contact us straight away. Depending on the concern, we will organise for the gift to be returned to us, and either for a replacement or refund to be organised. We want all our customers to be totally happy with their gifts and will do all we can to keep you satisfied.

Ollie & Forbes can only receive orders online at www.ollieandforbes.com.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment can only be made using Paypal through our website. We do not process or store any of your credit card details. Paypal is PCI compliant which protects you buying online. You do not need to have a Paypal account though they will ask for an email address to confirm your payment. Pricing is based in UK Sterling.

Viewing Orders
Once we send you an email confirming your order, you will be able to view your order. Should you not be able to see the information you need, please contact us and we will be able to help you.

Updating Account Information
Whilst you dont need an Account to buy from us, it does speed up the process and gives you access to special offers and more. Just please make sure your details are up to date as we will use this information where appropriate to fulfil your orders or contact you with information about us.
